Emilia Richeson-Valiente is a performer, dancer, and the creator and teacher of Pony Sweat. She teaches classes regularly around L.A., across Time + Space on the internet, and at punk shows. You may also see her work in the dance troupe HAAGGZ. She has choreographed dance aerobics routines for the music videos of Alice Bag, Hayley Williams, Gal Pals, Shark Toys, and Wallows. She lives in the San Gabriel Valley with her wife and pup.
