This is an international on-line jam between Metabolic Sonics and cheLA, an arts activist group in Buenos Aires, Argentina. When Lauren Bon was visiting them last year, she was inspired by their tradition of gathering on the 29th of each month to cook Ñoquis (gnocchis) and play music.
