The party continued following dublab’s quarter centennial celebration at PSSTUDIO in Downtown Los Angeles for the afterparty, Q2, on October 5th, 2024. A lineup of dublab’s heaviest hitters took to the booth from 10pm until late.

Gay Felony is the creative project of Melody Scallion, multi-talented mainstay of the LA dance scene for nearly a decade as DJ, video artist, sound system architect and promoter. A staple of the above-and-under-ground, she delivers ecstatic and exceptionally skillful extended vinyl DJ sets exploring genres from soulful deep & beautiful progressive house to brutal hard house & melodic techno. Through her uncompromising and unrelenting DJ sets she attempts to bring about an essential queering of the universe, pulling society into the Trans Future by any means necessary.

Adam O is a DJ, live performer, and producer who lives and works in Los Angeles. Mostly known for his behind-the-scenes work in the underground, Adam O’s live and DJ sets are heavily influenced by the smoking area, the sunrise, and the fog machine in the early morning. The visceral energy of his community guides the improvisation of his sound reflecting breaks, jungle, rave, and techno.
