Storage Container 38: For Feeling the Stirrings of Change
During times of rapid transition — within us, surrounding us, or at the intersection of where the external and internal meet — how do we hold space for the spectrum of feelings that arise amidst change? How do we both individually and collectively take stock of our bodily (and spiritual) vessels moving through time + space experiencing shifts in the climate, demands and injustices of this time, relationships, physical bodies / bodily systems of ourselves and loved ones, and the ebbs and flows of learning/unlearning? This episode hopes to offer a container which holds open and free-flowing space in which to check in on this very question. While the constraints of our current time does not always allow for slow time in which to process / integrate, may this episode accompany you in the car, in bed, on a walk, next to a plant, next to a loved one, far from a loved one, or anywhere that this sonic curation might feel like a small portal into an open moment without demands on what a proper pacing might be — a moment to lean into your own unique and perfect rhythm and continuum.
