We’ve featured the experimentally-leaning musical projects of UCSC student Sean Draper here before, but his new work under his Pander Sera moniker finds him solidifying a bedroom-centric mentality while never sounding bedroom-constrained. The latest Floral Dresses EP is filled with flourishing instrumentation and keen mouse and keyboard momentum, something that Julia Holter and Avey Tare would bump as they headed out to a club together.
