Shelf Life is celebrating the 10th anniversary of Languis‘ EP Other Desert Cities with a re-issue on vinyl. When Languis put out this EP back in 2005, it was a departure and a natural progression the band was making from its experimental electronic music origins towards psych/shoegaze songs. “Paint It” is an unreleased track that didn’t make it to the album but is now offered as part of a digital download with the re-issue. The track is one of the first ones to be written during this period and shows hints of songs from EP that derived from this composition. Get the limited orange vinyl special edition here.
