Shruti Kumar is a Los Angeles based composer/producer. Her music has spanned film/tv, records, and classical/dance forums. Additionally, Shruti curates and/or musical directs large scale performances. Most recently she composed, arranged for, and conducted BREATHEWATCHLISTENTOUCH: The Work and Music of Yoko Ono at The Walt Disney Concert Hall with the LA Phil and Girlschool. Lately she’s been exploring ways in which music can facilitate dialogue and understanding across experiences, which is the main seed for her show “Let’s Shake On It”.
