Liz Roberts makes artwork that is often collaborative and rooted in moving image and sound. Originally trained in filmmaking; she also works in video installation, sculpture, and occasional performance, wrapping everything in a kind of punk intimacy. She has exhibited widely with film festivals and art galleries but always prefers alternative spaces. Roberts lives in the East Bay with her teenage kid.
