Known for her eclectic taste, Encarnación has an affinity for upbeat international styles such as highlife, cumbia, tropicalia, and italo, as well as ambient, post-rock, techno, and shoegaze. Encarnación attributes her love for music to the karaoke machine that was gifted to her by her parents at age 6. It came with a disco light.
