Akumen (he/him) is a Los Angeles producer, DJ, and co-founder of Made to Move – a monthly event and live stream radio show. Working out of his home studio, Akumen produces “atmospheric, breaky and lush cuts…to high octane, full-on-rave” tracks that can be found on his Bandcamp. He has released music on local labels such Juke Bounce Werk and Gyration Station as well as New York label Fortune Signal. As a DJ, Akumen spins house, breaks, and rhythmic techno for a high energy set. You can catch him DJing at bars, clubs, warehouses or streaming monthly on dublab.
