Middle Pillar Sounds is the spiritual, conscious, and creative hub, supported by listening journeys designed to assist astrological and metaphysical, personal and collective energetic processes. Virgo season is a romantic period where love is not necessarily expressed in big words, but rather in small gestures and pragmatic actions. Virgo energy is quite misunderstood, since they are very down to Earth and into analytical planning, they are also a Mutable sign, and as such they are more open minded and flexible than we can all give credit for. This energy is available to all of us during this season, we can become more serious when it comes to our health, wealth, overall wellbeing, and showing generosity to the right crew that is there for us no matter what. Reciprocity is the key word, are we being conscious of an equal give and take in our connections? If not, we are going to sense that we are certainly starting to cut out any plans with people and situations that are attached to co-dependencies, us being the other half end of those co-dependencies, finally taking responsibility and waving goodbye to old habits. It is the season where letting go of the limiting connections is vital, and moving the energy/focus towards nurturing the ones that help our expansion, starting with the one we hold with ourselves, is crucial. For this show we invited our Virgo Queen Steffi Ström to guide us towards her journey as a Virgo Sun soul, connecting with the essence of ambient and deep techno sounds, or as we like to say, the organized path to go deep.

Steffi is a Swedish multi disciplinary artist, interior architect, furniture and lighting designer. She has an international design firm based in Mexico with projects across the globe. Between temazcales, brutalistic architecture and raw stone furniture, she thrives in conversations about aliens, biohacking and frequency tunes. Living by the belief that you are the creator of your reality, she is now building pyramids, hotels and sculptures all over the world. The connecting part between them is always their sound. This is her Virgo Virgin mix.

CARD OF THE MONTH: THE HERMIT
The Hermit is the card that represents Virgo essence in tarot, it depicts an old wise man going down some stairs and lighting his way down that rabbit hole with a lantern that represents his own inner light: his wisdom. This man is choosing to go down to his subconscious and explore the shadows to bring light to what needs to be transformed and alchemized. This is a powerful Major Arcana card that says it is time to be completely honest with ourselves and purge what no longer serves, so we can embrace our own human experience with a wholesome perspective. Loving our shadows is what will bring about the deepest transformation during this Season, and to do so we need to separate ourselves from any external noise, so we may go inwards and sit with our rawest parts. Only you know what ‘external noise’ represents in your life, and if you don’t, this is the time to think about it and analyze it with an open mind and no judgement…
