Formed by members of the Los Angeles chapter, the shesaid.so Radio LA team aims to motivate, connect, and showcase the work of inspiring women worldwide. The monthly show will feature interviews and themed discussions exploring industry news, trends and women’s ever evolving forms of influence within the music ecosystem. Our conversations will include the artist/manager relationship, interviews with top talent, tips on how to breakout as a femme woman promoter, and more. The second half of the show will include an exclusive mix or live performance from some of shesaid.so LA’s favorite artists. Join us every third Saturday of the month from 12-2pm to get inspired by personal stories and tunes from women reshaping the music industry.
Nazia Mollah’s resume boasts over a decade-long career in management like no other female entrepreneur in the business. With 9 years of experience in bank management & 4 years (and counting) experience as a college instructor, Naz has grown to become an expert in the realms of finance, marketing, and accounting–just to name a few!
In 2021, her newfound level of confidence and business-intel encouraged Naz to start her own consulting firm. Her small business venture quickly led to her involvement at the college with their Program Advisory committee to help shape the school’s curriculum. Over time as the childhood vocalists network of independent producers & songwriters grew, Naz was presented with an opportunity in 2022 to start a new career as an Executive Assistant at Roc Nation.
While simultaneously thriving as a business consultant and college educator, Naz spent all of 2022 climbing up the ranks at Roc. Absorbing all there is to know about Artist Management, Naz quickly left behind the titles of EA and Artist Management Coordinator, and most recently stepped into her newest role at Roc Nation as Artist Manager.
