Are u high on life? Enter: Serenity Rave. Where electric dreams become reality. Where trance, breakbeats, techno, jungle, and acid lull you into a kandy-koated euphoria. A psychedelic oblivion where consciousness comes to turn on and tune out. Because it’s 3am somewhere.

Hosted by RAVEDAD, co-founder of 90’s after-hours Serenity Rave. Maggie Baron aka Mae B is an LA-based DJ, music supervisor, and songwriter inspired by rave culture, synthesizers, and the Spawn movie soundtrack.

This month’s edition of Serenity Rave is hosted by Extra Small.

Extra Small is a Los Angeles-based electronic rap duo from South Korea, formed by Jae Han and Levy. The two met in high school in Palo Alto and launched the project in 2021 before starting their Korean military service, where they continued producing music. Encouraged by The Hellp, they moved to L.A., performing underground shows and expanding their sonic identity. They also formed DRES, a trio that blended their signature sound with pop influences, opening for Snow Strippers on their North American tour before disbanding after one EP. During this time they had created a cult following and released their debut album, Tears, entirely self-produced, mixed, and mastered. Influenced by electronic, house, rap, and second-gen K-pop, Extra Small blends Korean and Western sounds to push underground music forward globally. Check out Tears out now
