dublab presents the Sounds of Now

Freeform transmissions from Radio Free Aquarium Drunkard on dublab. Airing as a four-hour block every third Sunday of the month, RFAD on Dublab features Tyler Wilcox’s Doom and Gloom from the Tomb, Marty Sartini Garner’s Personal Sky, Jason P. Woodbury’s Range and Basin, alongside rotating shows and programming from Aquarium Drunkard friends, collaborators, and confidants.

The second episode of Radio Free Aquarium Drunkard features an episode of William Tyler’s Sea of Glass in the first hour, followed by Jason, Tyler, Marty, and then a bonus episode of The Tonight Zone closing out the session.

William Tyler is a composer and guitarist. His latest album of cosmic pastoral songcraft is Music From First Cow, the soundtrack to the new A24 film directed by Kelly Reichardt. His selections for this month’s episode of Sea of Glass are drawn from from the mythic Nurse With Wound list. Range and Basin follows, then Doom and Gloom From the Tomb with a celebration of 20 years of Three Lobed Recordings, Personal Sky, and to close, an interspacial interjection from Ben “The Llama” Kramer on The Tonight Zone. This month’s broadcast engineered by Michael Krassner at the 7-track Shack.
