Middle Pillar Sounds is the spiritual, conscious, and creative hub, supported by listening journeys designed to assist astrological and metaphysical, personal and collective energetic processes. The project was born in London in 2019 from the idea of that ‘sweet spot’, the Middle Pillar according to the Hermetic Principle of Polarity. That centered space to feel aligned with Oneness and our unique experience as humans. Music is the healing force, and how we experience it is the healing alchemy. The intention of the mix is to share a soundscape where to connect with our own primal sound and restore the inner sound fields.

You’re invited to choose a crystal, which is going to join you on this 2-hour journey.

Use the first part of the session to meditate lying on your back, relax and allow yourself to connect with the mineral frequencies, dive deep on the immersive sounds and give access to the hidden realms within yourself.

The second part brings electro down tempo vibes to comeback and re-connect to the physical body and it’s true expression. Stand up vertically, grab the crystal and move freely to the sounds.
Allow the crystal to dance with you, going to the parts of your body that need to heal. Release tension all the density from the layers of your body.

Breath in, hold, breath out. You’re invited to close this cycle by bringing awareness of multidimensional levels of intelligence, extending beyond the five senses of the physical body.
