This mix is by Oreglo, a London-based quartet made up of c-sé (keys), Linus Barry (guitar), Nico Rocco (drums), and Teigan Hastings (tuba).
Their debut EP, Not Real People, showcases an eclectic mix of genres, blending heavy rock riffs with drill-inspired percussion, reggae, and more. The EP reflects their journey from adolescence to adulthood in London, exploring themes of alienation, identity, and love.
For this show, each band member has selected tracks from their influences, highlighting the diversity of the sounds coming out of London. Their choices capture the diversity of genres they love, from punk rock and jazz to hip hop and dub, offering insight into what shapes oreglo’s distinctive style.
