Luke Elliott (b. Leeds, UK) is a musician, composer, sound designer and synthesist based in Amsterdam, NL. Melding together analog and digital worlds from synthesis to field recordings, Luke’s work is both eclectic and cohesive as he encourages the listener to voyage with him or take a pause in his world. He forms his musical works via process exploration and setting limitations to traverse a multitude of subject matter from being proud of your friends to colonialism. His latest full-length, Every Somewhere (AKP Recordings) was praised by Philip Sherburne for being “a music of peripheral audition, of half-grasped thoughts that dissipate just as you’re on the verge of articulating them.”
