Middle Pillar Sounds is the spiritual, conscious, and creative hub, supported by listening journeys designed to assist astrological and metaphysical, personal and collective energetic processes. The project was born in London in 2019 from the idea of that ‘sweet spot’, the Middle Pillar according to the Hermetic Principle of Polarity. Scorpio Season is here and brings with it with the powerful Eclipse Season… it sounds scary, but Scorpio rules all spooky matters, you know, those matters that live in our subconscious, in the unknown, in the infinite space that holds our existence. It is ok to feel the feels a bit too much during these Season and there is nothing wrong with getting over the top emotional about the cycle/s we are ending and rebirthing during this time. The magic behind Scorpio is that they carry the venom that is also their medicine. Now, that doesn’t mean that we can go next level toxic in order to die and be reborn (Scorpios know what we are talking about)… this in fact is an opportunity to get to understand the toxic traits we are still holding onto, in order to free ourselves from those. The most important focus during this Season is to bring love and compassion on those areas we are not so proud of to bring about a new version of ourselves. Healing is not just about being the best versions we can be, we are already perfect as we are, even if it hurts, even if there’s pain, it is all in perfect alignment with what we sign up to experience here. It is a powerful Season and we can make it through!

For this show our resident DJ Julieta (Taurus Sun, the shadow of Scorpio) created a mix to dance, cry, laugh and release. This is a mix to surrender to the powerful changes with movement to unlock stored blockages and fears, sacred prayers in motion. Transmutation and overall transformation are the themes to pay attention to. Remember, we are all in this together. CARD OF THE MONTH: DEATH
Death card is the Major Arcana representation of Scorpio, and like Scorpio energy in itself it sounds scary, but hear us out, there is no death with no rebirth for they go hand in hand. The more we resist waving goodbye to the old persona we created for ourselves, the more painful it can get. Like Astronella (incredible Scorpio Sun astrologer that you should all start checking out) says, trust that there is always freedom on the other side of your fears. Embrace the sweet kiss of Death to liberate us, and no, we are not talking about ending your human experience, we are talking about transforming it consciously, in presence and awareness.

MANTRA OF THE MONTH: SA TA NA MA

This mantra is a catalyst for TRANSFORMATION
Sa ta na ma is often chanted as part of a Kundalini meditation as it encourages the energy to rise in the spine and expand to the head. This awakened energy can be used for enlightenment and increased awareness.

The individual syllables of Sa Ta Na Ma are letters in the Sanskrit alphabet and are also the linguistic root in the common Sanskrit phrase – “Sat Nam,” which means “my true essence” or “my true identity”. This implies that your identity is the ultimate being; as that is everyone’s true essence.
The individual syllables are attributed as:

Sa — birth, beginning and the totality of the cosmos
Ta — life, existence and creativity manifest
Na — death and transformation
Ma — rebirth, regeneration and consciously experiencing the joy of the Infinite

The Sa Ta Na Ma sounds are simple, but the vibrations are very powerful. They can be said repeatedly or chanted quickly or sung slowly holding out each sound.
When said correctly they touch-on or put pressure on certain points in the mouth which stimulate the pituitary gland and the pineal gland.
