The raw material was gathered by having invited artists call from all over the world and leave a message on a phone answering machine that was amplified and monitored by a live Audience in Los Angeles on June 1 1984.

The MAGNETIC SPINE REVIEW (side B)

45 or so artists contributed Tape recordings that were re mixed in a studio.

Artists include: Tom Recchion, Architects Office, Blackhouse, DAS, Randy Greif, H C Poole, Alva Svoboda and many more.
