Celsius Drop
06.24.21

On his weekly Celsius Drop show, dublab co-founder Frosty guides you through an exploration of the vast Future Roots music spectrum.
This Celsius Drop episode is an exclamation on the airwaves as we dive into the sonic world of Tellus Audio Cassette Magazine. With roots in Fluxus, NYC’s No-Wave scene, cassette culture, mail art, and more~~~the publication disseminated thematic collections of adventurous audio on tape from 1983-1993.
Tellus co-founders Carol Parkinson and Joseph Nechvatal join Frosty for a survey of the project’s mission and history while offering up a host of astonishing, archival recordings.
