Hosted by Elyn Kazarian, the show features inspiring interviews with trailblazers who share their journeys of overcoming challenges, breaking barriers, and turning dreams into reality.

Tenaya Medeiros, a Bay Area native, moved to Los Angeles eight years ago to pursue a career in music. With a Marketing degree and early experience in fashion, tech, and advertising, she took a leap of faith, leaving her tech job in San Francisco to join Spotify. Over 7.5 years, she worked across teams like Artist & Label Partnerships, Artist Marketing, and Songwriter & Publisher Relations, discovering a passion for supporting “behind-the-scenes” creators like songwriters and producers.
Tenaya spearheaded initiatives like EQUAL and FREQUENCY, championing underrepresented creator communities, and launched Created by Women, a brand celebrating women-identifying songwriters, producers, and artists to foster collaboration and equity in music.
In 2024, she joined Legacy, an independent music publishing company managing the catalogs of iconic early 2000s R&B and Hip-Hop artists like Aaliyah, Timbaland, and Lil Wayne. Beyond music, Tenaya is an equestrian vaulter, horseback rider, actor, and certified hypnotherapist and reiki practitioner.
