On Saturday, September 28, 2024, dublab celebrated its quarter centennial at Zebulon. Taking over the beloved Frogtown venue with 25 DJs, a host of live performances, and engaging visual artwork by Alex Pelly, offering a multistage event that showcased the station’s homegrown talent. dublab’s annual anniversary parties also serve as crucial fundraising opportunities, and this year was no exception. Sage Caswell is a multidisciplinary artist from Los Angeles, CA. Releasing music on labels 2MR, and String Theory, he is also known for his work with the LA-based collective, Far Away. Sage’s music has been said to evoke “the paradoxically rushed-yet laid-back duality of his hometown.”
