Dollhouse is a radio show that seeks to create the transcendence and togetherness found on the dance floor while uplifting voices from marginalized communities. These feelings come in different forms for different people, which is reflected in the open format of the show. We take an international approach to sound and art, drawing from influences across the globe. Club music, jungle, techno, hip-hop, footwork, and dancehall are highlighted, but there is always an atmosphere of fluidity that facilitates an unpredictable, limitless sense of fun. Dollhouse will host regular events at its own community-driven space in Downtown Los Angeles.

Born and raised in LA, MIÑIN has been a part of the club and underground scene since he was 18. After years of being inspired by the DJs, performances, and countless hours dancing, he picked up DJing as a way to be a part of the scene that helped, mainly on the dancefloor, express himself. MIÑIN has been known to play styles that range from nü-metal vogue edits to modern, hard-hitting club techno and everything in between. He is also the co-founder (along with Venganza) of BREACH, a monthly club night that is meant to showcase LA’s newest talent as well as DJ’s from other countries. His mission is to help cultivate and keep the dynamic sound of the LA underground accessible to a new generation of club-kids.
