APEX (Asia Pacific Exports) focuses on delivering music from the deepest corners of the globe; the Asia Pacific. Run by Chinese-New Zealander DJ, Jess Fu, APEX welcomes guest DJs from across the Asia Pacific and it’s diaspora. The show dives into all genres from all centuries; from disco to indie rock, to electronic to traditional, indigenous music.
Baalti is a producer/ DJ duo making underground dance music with South Asian flavors. Their highly percussive and rhythm-driven sound effortlessly blends UK-influenced club music with instrumentation, samples, and musical forms rooted in their Indian identities. As a live electronic act, they’ve quickly gained notoriety for their infectiously energetic sets, growing theiraudience at clubs and festivals in the US and abroad.
