(in plain sight) radio is a platform for the growing community of Beatmakers, artists, DJ’s and creatives in New York, New Jersey and beyond!

With the wide range of influences shared by our residents and access to the constantly evolving sound of electronic music both on the east coast, every first Thursday, we’re bringing you two hours of straight heat and fire beats. Additionally, our mission is to highlight the creative process of the artists we know and love, so you can know and love them too. So tune in, show up, tap in, do whatever you gotta do, but make sure you’re here with us, in plain sight.

This month we’re trying something new for the show! We’re fortunate to share spaces with so many different artists and collectives in New York and we wanted to use our platform to highlight some of them.

For our first “takeover” we have Heartbeats, a collective based in Brooklyn, led by A Sarr and Elle. They’ve been consistently bridging the gap between the Electronic/Rave culture and Producer showcases since their inception last year at Bossa Nova Civic Club in Bushwick.

They take us through their huge range of influences throughout their back to back 2 hour set, so be sure to check the tracklist!
