CRITIC CRITIC! is a show dedicated to getting radical artists of color exploring music through a critical lens ahead of the critic and tell the story of their work in their own words. Each show opens with a fresh mix of experimental artists of color across the diaspora curated by the host, multimedia artist and electronic musician Rohan Chander/ BAKUDI SCREAM, followed by an interview and mix with a special guest. This show features sound and installation artist Daniel Allas who will be presenting work from his new project ALTÆR, an installation piece comprised of 5 audio-visual arguments exploring his family’s immigration story from the Philippines as a starting point to critique the culture surrounding American militarism.
