The party continued following dublab’s quarter centennial celebration at PSSTUDIO in Downtown Los Angeles for the afterparty, Q2, on October 5th, 2024. A lineup of dublab’s heaviest hitters took to the booth from 10pm until late.

LA-native Danny Goliger is an electronic musician, DJ, and audio engineer. Inspired by underground rave culture, his eclectic DJ sets feature selections that showcase his wide ranging taste in dance music. House or footwork from Chicago, techno and electro from Detroit to Berlin, or experimental bass from the UK with roots in Jamaican soundsystem culture, anything is fair game. Danny is one of the original members of Fantastic Voyage, an LA based record label and party series. Over the last few years he has released music with labels such as Dirtybird White Label, and Scuffed Recordings. A seasoned instrumentalist, Danny has toured extensively on drums and keys, and is also a veteran engineer who has worked in commercial recording studios throughout LA. He brings this wide ranging experience into his DJ sets, curating music that pushes the boundaries of sonic and rhythmic exploration.

Star Eyes (aka Vivian Host) is a DJ, producer and music journalist sometimes known as the “Queen of Heavy Bass.” A native of Los Angeles (and longtime resident of Brooklyn), her name is synonymous with subversive, bass-heavy music that connects the dots between the American urban underground and UK soundsystem culutre. She is deeply inspired by jungle, grime, goth, fantasy, and the illegal warehouse raves in which she was raised. She is a co-founder of Trouble & Bass and a former radio and lecture host for Red Bull Music Academy, and has headlined clubs and festivals around the world. Now back in LA, she currently runs the Chaos Clan record label, as well the Rave to the Grave podcast and the Warp Mode warehouse parties (with Bianca Oblivion and AK Sports).
