The “Timeless Gems” Dubplate was a special prize for Super Protons who donated $300+ during dublab’s Spring 2009 “Flash Forward” Proton Drive fundraiser. Each dublab dj submitted a few of their all-time favorite, rare songs. These tunes were compiled into incredible 20 minute megamixes by Anthony Valadez and Kutmah and then pressed by hand onto vinyl dubplates by Richard Simpson and Pete Lyman at Infrasonic Sound. We etched the Super Proton’s names into each individual record then slipped them into a one-of-kind cover screen printed by Brandy Flower and the HIT+RUN posse. This is one of the rarest records in the universe handcrafted to thank those folks who support dublab’s creative transmissions the most.
