We had the good fortune of hosting these two button smashing beat maestros at dublab for a fine afternoon of music magic. First introduced to us by Daedelus, these two fellows are in the business of creating in the moment music for the most open-minded. Tehn aka Brian Crabtree kicked things off with wonderfully wide washes of super sound. He is the inventor and manufacturer of the monome 40h live music machine which Daedelus, Portable Sunsets and many other champions of chop use masterfully. His visionary touch is totally audible in today’s tunes. Hot on Tehn’s heels came Portable Sunsets with his no holds barred output of awesomeness. He flips sounds like incredibly nimble acrobats until you swear you’re hearing a Chinese circus. Once his set is over you’ll be spinning plates for days. We highly urge you to keep in touch with both of these fine chaps.
