#shesaid.so Radio LA- w/ Guest Katrina Bleckley

Saturday, December 15 2018
12:00 PM - 02:00 PM

The shesaid.so LA radio team will be joined for their last episode of 2018 by special guest, Katrina Bleckley, an entertainment attorney and a partner at the nonprofit collective PLAG (Play Like A Girl), which aims to elevate the voices of womxn, femmes, and non-binary folx in the arts through artist-facing educational workshops, showcases, and an affiliated blog. In addition to her involvement in the music industry, Katrina is a passionate social justice advocate, committed to working to protect marginalized communities. Whenever possible, she is further educating herself and volunteering in other areas of law, including immigration and voter protection.

Katrina was a co-instructor at UCLA Extension’s Legal and Practical Aspects of the Music Business course and regularly speaks at music business conferences. We welcome Katrina to the show to talk about PLAG, providing resources to marginalized groups, the importance of access and information, and much more!

Go to Dublab.com to listen live this Saturday, December 15 from 12-2pm PST.
