Alejandro Cohen is a musician and composer from Los Angeles, California. He has written and performed music as part of numerous projects and groups, including Languis, Pharaohs and Psychic Powers. He is also a composer of music for TV shows, documentaries and educational materials. Ale works at dublab as part of the full time office team along with frosty and Lavenders.

Martyn Pepperell is a freelance journalist, broadcaster and DJ from Wellington, New Zealand. His work has been published by Boiler Room TV, Dazed, Dummy, i-D, Norient, Resident Advisor, and The Wire. In 2018, he co-produced the Awesome Tapes From Africa reissue of Ivorian country-folk classic ‘Our Garden Needs Its Flowers’ by Jess Sah Bi & Peter One, profiled rising LA-based music collective Godmode, organised New Zealand concerts for Jess Cornelius, Fis & Rob Thorne and Ross From Friends, and DJed in Tokyo for the first time.

Martyn’s DJ sets focus around 80s dance music from Brazil, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, and Trinidad: Caribbean Boogie, Japanese Light Mellow/City Pop, Música Popular Brasileira, Korean Synth-Funk, and Rural Disco. Returning to Dublab for the fourth year in a row, he promises to bring some special songs with him.
