  • 12:00am – 2:00am crudo & dj ethereal – caught feelings

A collaborative effort between two LA natives, a shared affinity for love itself and its timelessness found in the art it influences. Musically, love songs hold the testament of time for the very fact that their nature is a result of what cant be touched, seen but truly only felt, through the feeling itself. The closeness that romantic music emotes, the turbulence of its process, whether it be break up pain, betrayal, first love, every aspect of it all influences the two hours shared between two friends of over 5 years. Presented by Crudo & DJ Ethereal on DUBLAB.

  • 5:00am – 7:00am DJJJS – Void Filler

Sound to fill your space and mess with time.

It is not about telling stories or taking you on a journey.

  • 7:00am – 9:00am Origin Peoples w/ guest K. Leimer – Orphic Tracks

It is the dawn of a new day on the cusp of a new month. In this twilight, we consider what it is to be between places, between realities, even between human and non-human. Music is made by everything, and in the old myths it was the music-makers that could most easily travel between worlds, even beyond the bounds of death. In this twilight, we remember those myths and enter into musical reverie that transport us out of time and place.

Each month, LA-based label Origin Peoples invites guest producers to help program 2 hours of ambient, downtempo, fourth-world melodies, jazz, psych, and folk from beyond the horizon and spanning generations. Selected with the myth of Orpheus in mind, these are sounds made to charm the wild and move even stone to dance. This month’s broadcast brings in guest K. Leimer (Palace of Lights / RVNG / Origin Peoples), a legendary artist known for a wide range of ambient production, tonal / textured electronics and celestial field recordings.
