  • 4:00pm – 6:00pm Hoseh – Version Sounds

“Version Sounds is my interpretation of radio communication, my version. At its roots, the show credits reggae dub for adding so much to the music we listen to today. From there the branches continue to sprout via a myriad of genres and time spans. Colombian cumbias meet Germanic techno dub meets British twee pop. Stereolab and Sun Ra lounge around as Stars of the Lid jam with Prince Jammy. You never know what to expect but you are guaranteed that the now sounds of 2013 will have a toast with the happening sonics of 1968 and beyond!” love, Hoseh

  • 6:00pm – 8:00pm Ink Project – guest session

Ink Project are a UK-based live electronic/soul collective run by multi-instrumentalist/producer Jez Lloyd.

After growing up in the south island of New Zealand and the cultural eclecticism of 90’s London, Ink Project formed in 2011, and have since released a series of EP’s and two albums on their own Blind Colour imprint – supported by the likes of Giles Peterson, Don Letts, Red Bull Music Academy and XLR8R.

They’ve also played live shows around Europe with the likes of Dorian Concept, Dreadzone, Sorceress, iBibio Sound Machine and many more.

DJ-wise, Jez has recently held a residency at Brighton’s Patterns nightclub and supported the likes of Richie Hawtin, Derrick Carter, Joey Beltram and Ben UFO, playing his own brand of ‘alien funk’ – a sublime mix of groove-based down-tempo/electronica, dub, disco, house, techno and more.
