  • 12:00pm – 2:00pm #shesaid.soRadio LA- w/ guest Leyla Kumble

Leyla Kumble, founder of Girls Are Loud, joins #shesaid.soRadio LA in the studio THIS Saturday, November 17th.

Leyla founded Girls Are Loud after discovering the shortfall of female composers in the music industry, and the lack of opportunities for instrumentalists.

Girls Are Loud is “a collective of female-identifying instrumentalists providing solo songwriters with the resources to record all aspects of their song live, as well as a studio in which to do so, reminiscent of the recording practices of the 60s and 70s.”

Tune in as we chat with Leyla about the power of collaboration, providing more opportunities for female-identifying musicians and much more.
