Elevation Through Sound
04.10.13

Ale plays the obscure gems your ears have always craved but never come across. “Elevation through Sound” provides lucky listeners with a journey through the full sound spectrum. He’s also well known as the creative light behind the band Languis, Psychic Powers and Pharaohs and you’re sure to hear occasional rarities and sneak peeks from those projects.
This was a special broadcast celebrating the new release by Klaus Dinger + Japandorf, recorded shortly before his death in 2008. The broadcast includes songs from the new record, plus exclusive interviews, and music from past releases related to one of the most influential artists in modern music.
This program is followed by a DJ set from Germany’s Deputy Consul General in Los Angeles, Stefan Biedermann. You’ll hear some obscure songs and a brief history of German music from this big music fan and collector.
